Joseph Arnone President Joe is the cofounder and President of BAASS Business Solutions Inc. He has spent the last 20 years working within the ERP software spectrum. Joe oversees the business planning, strategy development, consulting, and customer satisfaction of a diverse group of customers spanning many industries. He has built his organization around industry and product specialization and has transformed the culture to emphasize customer relationship, providing complete solutions with world-class services. Prior to establishing BAASS, Joe was a consultant at PST Rebate and also worked for the Ministry of Revenue. He has overseen 500+ implementations of Accpac ERP. Joe holds a Schulich MBA and a Business Commerce Honours degree from York University. Kevin Hollis, V.P. New Business Development Kevin is the Vice President, Business Development of BAASS and has spent the last 20 years emerged in the financial application sector. With numerous roles that include Director of Sales for Business Vision Management Systems Inc., a Sales & Channel Manager at Accpac International and the President of Concentrix Business Solutions Inc. Kevin has a wealth of experience that transcends across the channel. His sales and management expertise and a growth focused approach have complemented his role focused on new business development at BAASS. His unique management style and ability to form strategic partnerships have solidified him as a premier industry expert. Chuck Jerome, V.P. Operations Chuck is the Vice President of Operations at BAASS. Chuck joined the technology consulting group of BDO Dunwoody LLP, was made a Partner and chaired the committee to develop the national consulting practice which subsequently won the Business Partner of the Year Award with Sage Software. After significant industry changes, Chuck merged his practice with BAASS in 2006. Chuck has successfully overseen 500+ implementations of ERP & CRM systems and is a guest lecturer for the McMaster University DeGroote School of Business. Chuck is the father of 3 children and enjoys spending his personal time coaching hockey and serving within his Church community.   James Tang, Senior Consultant James is a Senior Certified Consultant and a member of the management team at BAASS. He provides installations, configurations and conversions of Accpac for small and medium sized enterprises. James has performed over 100 successful conversions to Accpac ERP. He holds a professional designation as a Certified General Accountant (CGA), ‘A' and ‘C' level certifications and an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto. Paraman Srivatsalan, Senior Consultant Paraman's industry experience in financial and operational suites have enabled him to successfully lead over 200 implementations over his 10 year career working with Sage Accpac. Holding numerous positions within the accounting, finance, and business management functions Paraman has leveraged his strong tactical knowledge to develop the foundation of a sound strategic focused implementer. His work with TouchPoint Consulting Corporation formerly known as BMS, Business Management Services enhanced his third party product knowledge and end to end business management software.
