PrintBoss is a Windows product designed to capture data from Windows accounting packages and combine the data with digital forms. This allows your accounting documents to be printed on blank white paper, or in the case of cheques, on blank cheque stock.
PrintBoss eliminates the need for multiple part forms due to the software's ability to create a database, from which the original and all copies are printed. Each copy can be printed with unique information including a legend (Original, Customer Copy, etc.), a logo, or any other field available in the accounting software that might pertain to a specific copy of a document.
PrintBoss for Windows
PrintBoss comes with 10 Bank Records for your convenience. Each Bank Record represents a bank account from which checks can be printed. If additional bank records are needed, you may purchase a Bank Key Disks from Wellspring. It will provide 5 additional banks.
PrintBoss also has the ability to print a signature on a cheque based on a Signature Disk, which holds an encoded signature file on a secured disk. The disk must be in the computer in order for PrintBoss to print the signature. The Signature Disk can only be duplicated using a secure PrintBoss utility.
